Basic Provisions
1. The controller of personal data pursuant to Section 5 letter o) of Act No. 18/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), is Tatiana Krišková, Company ID No. 51642981, with its registered office at Antona Prídavka 26, Prešov, 08001 (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller");

3. Personal data shall mean all information identifying a natural or legal person.
Sources of Processed Personal Data
1. The Controller processes personal data that the Buyer has provided to the Controller with consent and that the Controller has obtained on the basis of the performance of the Purchase Agreement and by processing the electronic order in the online store www.masazne-studio-tamas.sk.
2. The Controller processes only the identification and contact details of the Buyer that are necessary for the performance of the Purchase Agreement.
3. The Controller processes personal data for the purpose of delivery, settlement of payments, and the necessary communication between the contractual parties for the period required under special legal regulations. Personal data will not be made public and will not be transferred to other countries.
Purpose of Personal Data Processing
The Controller processes the buyer's personal data for the following reasons:
1. For the purpose of handling the buyer's electronic order and issuing an invoice (name, address, e-mail, telephone number, and, where applicable, company details);
2. For the purpose of fulfilling the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between the buyer and the Controller;
3. The provision of personal data is an essential requirement for the performance of the purchase contract. Without the provision of personal data, it is not possible to conclude the contract.
Period for which personal data are stored
1. The Controller shall store personal data for the period necessary for the exercise of the rights and fulfilment of the obligations arising from the contractual relationship between the Buyer and the Controller, and for a period of 3 years after the termination of the contractual relationship.
2. Upon expiry of the period for which personal data are stored, the Controller shall be obliged to erase the data.
Recipient and Processors of Personal Data
The third party that receives the buyer's personal data consists of the Controller's subcontractors. The services of these subcontractors are unconditionally connected with the successful performance of the purchase contract and the electronic order between the Controller and the buyer. The Controller's subcontractors are:
Webnode AG (e‑shop system);
Google Analytics (website analytics);
Rights of the Buyer
Under the conditions laid down in the Act, the Buyer has the right:
1. To access their personal data;
2. To rectification of personal data;
3. To erasure of personal data;
4. To object to processing;
5. To data portability;
6. Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data in writing or electronically at the e-mail address: tatiana.kriskova@masazne-studio-tamas.sk
7. Lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection in the event that the data subject believes that his or her right to the protection of personal data has been violated.
Security of Personal Data
1. The Controller declares that it has adopted all appropriate technical and organizational measures necessary to secure the Buyer's personal data.
2. The Controller has adopted technical measures to secure the data repositories of personal data, in particular securing access to the computer by password, using antivirus software, and performing regular maintenance of computers.
Final Provisions
1. By submitting an electronic order on the website tatiana.kriskova@masazne-studio-tamas.sk, the buyer confirms that they have been informed of the personal data protection conditions and that they accept them in their entirety.
2. The buyer agrees to these Rules by ticking the checkbox in the order form.
3. The Controller is entitled to amend these Rules at any time.
The Controller is obliged to publish the new version of the Rules on its website.
These Rules enter into force on 1 April 2025.
